How does California Coffee Roasters use my information?

California Coffee Roasters asks for your email address to validate your identity when placing an order and to send you a invoice . We may send you emails about specials we are having, but only if you give us permission. All other information is only used to process your order.

Does California Coffee Roasters sell my information to other companies?

No. We never sell, trade, lease, give or rent information of our users to other companies.

Does California Coffee Roasters store my information?

Yes, information submitted through our shopping cart is stored on our web server. Just your name and address and password is stored so you can access your account.

How does Coffee Roasters protect my credit card information ?

All credit card information is processed directly by Authorize.net with 128 bit Internet security. We do have limited access to your credit card information to make price corrections and refunds. But we never see your credit card number or expiration date. Unless given over the phone.

Basic Shipping Rates

Coffee orders over 20 lbs are shipped free in the USA. We will deduct shipping costs from your invoice. One to two pounds of coffee shipped by UPS is $5.66. Three to Four pounds of coffee is $6.75. Five pounds is $7.25. For more detail info on shipping cost go to ups.com or usps.com. These rate are for delivery with in the continental United States. For world wide shipping go to usps.com for rates. These rates are approximate, rates can be varied due to location and type of delivery ( residential or business )

The Torani Flavored Syrup bottles weigh three and half pounds a piece. They are  glass bottles. We do not offer free shipping on the Torani or Big Train products.

Returns and Replacements

  • We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee . If you are unsatisfied with any of our products for any reason, return it for a full refund, minus shipping costs. We do not pay for return shipping or accept COD returns.
  • We will exchange all items for free if we made a mistake on your order and sent you the wrong merchandise.
  • Contact us first before returning any product for RMA.
  • All sale are final after14 days from the time of delivery.
  • All returns must be fully insured for the full value of the merchandise and be returned in the original box  (coffee makers and espresso machines) in new condition with all the packaging Materials. There is a 20 percent restocking fee on coffee makers and espresso machines. It is up to you to make sure a returned idem is properly packaged. If shipping damage happens during a return, it is up to you to file a claim with UPS or the shipping company. No refunds will be issued on damaged returned goods
  • No returns on custom or private label coffee orders. Unless defective or damaged.
  • Damage Merchandise Claims
  • If the product is damaged during shipping, We will replace all damaged goods free of charge. Call our toll free #1-800-521-5527 or email sales@freshcoffee.net
  • All damaged goods must be kept in the original box with all the of the original contents and manuals and packing material. The shipping company may want to inspect the merchandise first for insurance claims.
  •  All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products or merchandise, after that all sales are final.
  • Do not return anything with out calling or emailing us first for a RMA,
  • All returns must be insured for the full value of the merchandise.

    Wrong merchandise

  • All returned goods must be return in the original box with all the of the original contents and manuals.
  •  All wrong merchandise claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of the products, after that all sales are final.
  • Do not return anything with out emailing or calling us first.
Cancellations

No charge on cancelation on coffee machines and espresso equipment within 24 hours of the sale. After that there is a 20 percent restocking fee.

Coffee, syrups and teas orders can be canceled if not processed for full refund-if processed there is a twenty percent restocking fee. If an order is on our loading dock and has been processed with a shipping label. It can not be removed from the shipping area. You will have to return it at your cost.
